Mike Leslie, President and CEO His background stems from over 3 decades experience in commercial and residential construction. He founded Tekton Construction in 1990, a full service construction company and has held leadership roles in construction and green building since. Mike has worked on the Energy Literacy Curriculum with the Department of Energy and developed the Green Building curriculum for the Nevada Union High School 49er ROP Program. He was co-founder for the Green Life Eco Fest and was an instructor for Community Alliance for Career Training and Utility Solutions (CACTUS) and has also taught many educational classes including: Whole Building Energy Retrofitting, Smart Grid and Energy Monitors. He has served as board member for Sierra Green Building Association Foothill Chapter (SiGBA) and is BPI Certified, from the Building Performance Institute and a Certified Green Building Professional through Build-it-Green. |

Trum Cary, Managing Partner/CFO Trum has over 25 years in banking and finance with a focus on leveraged transactions. As a senior member of Citicorp’s commercial banking group, Trum financed deals totaling $1.2 billion for acquisitions, recapitalizations, start-ups, go-privates and mutual funds. He sourced and co-led the senior debt financing for the buy-out of an undisclosed NYSE company. He has worked closely with public and private company CFO’s and CEO’s, as well as Private Equity groups. On the venture side, Trum has raised $25 million from a state industrial development agency for an acquisition by a venture-backed biotech firm and has represented management in raising equity for healthcare companies. Other projects include forming an investment team that led the acquisition of two business segments of a NYSE holding company; subsequently serving as its Managing Partner/CFO, and then CEO, before selling the business. Trum specializes in asset based financing for acquisitions or recaps; acquisition searches, deal structuring and divestitures; identification and implementation of financial improvements for companies. |

Carl Holmquist, VP Finance Carl is Tekton’s VP of Finance assisting in finding the best funding programs available and then act as the consultant between Tekton’s client and the preferred funding source. He has 35+ years in the equipment leasing industry, 10 years in the telecommunications industry and 4 years in the energy industry. Carl specializes in commercial/industrial equipment leasing, municipality financing, residential energy equipment financing, solar & wind PPAs and the utilization of a diverse group of Investors. In Carl’s early career he was VP of National Accounts where he worked for various Fortune 100 National Banks & Fortune 100 Leasing companies. His responsibilities included calling on Fortune 500 Manufacturers and developing lease programs for their dealer network. Carl moved on to become President at DanCarLas Company where he developed the Energy Conservation Portal which offered products and services to consumers as well as financing of equipment offered for sale by the dealers and manufacturers listed on the portals. In 2009 Carl started a new business as President and Owner of CONSERVATION Management Services (CMS). CMS offered consulting and distribution opportunities within the energy industry. Carl now focuses on financial services specific to the energy industry and is actively working with Tekton and their client’s financing needs |

Chris Toppenberg, VP Field Operations Chris is VP of Field Operations. Chris began working with Tekton Inc. as an E-Associate in whole building retrofitting for 3 years prior to joining Tekton. Chris is responsible for managing the companies Auditors and Installers will be working closely with the sales teams. In Chris’s early career he was responsible for customer material allocation for a major steel company. He then became a supervisor for pipe fitters at Rancho Seco nuclear plant and Proctor and Gamble’s Sacramento plant. Later, Chris started a general contracting business providing residential remodeling and plumbing expertise, and grew his company to managing countless projects and 4 employees. He later branched out into solar thermal and radiant heating installations and is now an active contributor in green sustainable energy solutions for clients and customers with Tekton Inc. Chris has held a California General Contracting license for over 16 years and is a certified solar thermal installer and certified hydronics installer. |

Mark Bahlke, VP Sales Mark began his career in Renewables when he organized the first campus-wide recycling program at Butte Community College in 1982 – now a LEED Gold Certified Campus. He later joined Intel Corporation where he developed many cost saving innovations, and became widely recognized as a leader in the local community in the renewable and clean energy sectors. Mark was consulted for numerous infrastructure projects such as Electric Vehicle Charging Stations at Intel’s Folsom Campus. He went on to lead Sacramento’s electric vehicle community for over 6 years as president and active board member of the Sacramento Electric Vehicle Association. |

Tom Birmingham, IT Manager Tom is the IT Manager responsible for product commissioning and technical training. Tom was born and raised in Sacramento, California and graduated with a BS, Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California State University, Sacramento and a MS, Computer Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 1978. After graduating, he moved to Silicon Valley and lived there till 2009 first developing software products for the Networking industry and most recently developing software products for the Professional Audio/Video and IT areas while working for Sony. In June 2009, he retired from Sony and formed Donner Lake Software, Inc. in November 2009 focusing on developing Android OS Applications. |

Nancy Leslie, VP Operations Nancy Leslie serves as VP of Operations for Tekton Inc. in coordinating and collaborating with the management team to establishing and carrying out company goals, objectives and policies. Nancy spent 20 years in Silicon Valley’s corporate high-tech industry where she worked closely with finance, sales, marketing and IT departments to manage cross-departmental projects, implement program infrastructures and organize marketing events and conferences as well as various sales support activities. In 2002, Nancy relocated to the Grass Valley area, acquired her California Real Estate license and became a residential loan officer for several years where she assisted clients with securing residential mortgages. She later joined a commercial real estate firm, where she managed sale and lease property listings, marketing and advertising efforts and commercial property sales transactions. Nancy has been involved with Tekton Inc. on several green sustainable events in Grass Valley, Truckee and Lake Tahoe since 2008, and embraces and promotes a sustainable business and personal lifestyle. |
